I have been using the app for about two months now and have received an ROI 8125.20%, and my conversion rate is 7.07%. The staff is very responsive and provides quick assistance. I have had some customers reaching out to us who clicked the upsell by mistake or were unaware that they selected the upsell. I assume this is because the customer is not reading the prompts and clicking the buttons.

Sehr guter Support. Alex hat mich sehr gut durch die Einstellungen für mein spezielles Anliegen geleitet. Ebenfalls wurde hier Seitens des Kollegen eine Sache bedacht, welche mir vorher gar nicht bewusst war. Somit auch zukünftige Fehler im vorhinein behoben!
