app works well using it for post-purchase upsells. I had it not proc because my customer used Paypal express so I got onto support with Lee-ann and she was able to find out why this issue occurred and what I can do in the future to at least give me a chance to upsell my incoming customers still. i definitely recommend reconvert to anyone especially if they're beginners. Speedy customer support to answer all your questions and the funnel builder inside is easy to use (a little limited but its enough to get extra conversions ongoing)

I didn't expect this app to make a difference and since it's free for the first 49 orders I thought, "what's there to lose?" Well, let me just say if you're on the fence about this app, install it now. If you don't you're just leaving extra sales on the table. BTW I had a small issue with a product recommendation and Alex figured it out and fixed it for me in less than 5 minutes. Great product with great support.

This app has increased my average order value with the conversion funnel post sales and the help and support you receive is great. Ashley helped me understand the funnel process and stayed with me while I edited it so he could oversee and check my edits. Really great app and staff

I haven't started using this app yet, but let me say this, the customer service is TOP TIER!!! Alex was very professional, he help me set up everything successfully. He made suggestions and offered to make the changes, which is much needed for a busy entrepreneur like me. I can't wait to see the results and ROI.

This app is very cool but I wish it had a feature to include a free shipping banner. However, Anatasia was awesome and super easy to chat with! Having a chat feature available with someone like Anatasia is def a huge reason I'd keep ReConvert on my Shopify account. Keep up the good work Anatasia!
