I'm new to the app, so far is has been great!, Lee-Ann in customer service is was amazing, she answer all my questions and fixed what need it to be fix on my funnel, not to mention how fast she replied. Me being in US is very important that I can count with customer service in US Time.

This app is very effective at upselling and downselling, catching people immediately as they make their purchase. Definitely boosted overall sales.

I have had this app connected for a couple of months, and it does help to encourage an upsell or an add-on to the original sale. I appreciate that you have a free option to allow your customers to learn how to use your product and the training videos are also a great help. I found it easy to set up after watching the videos. I am only starting my online business and I am very grateful to try this app in my store. Thank you for this opportunity great app.

Helpful customer service. Good app. Pretty easy to setup and get started, then once you get the hang of it you can customize. Hopefully this drives some additional sales.

I appreciate the pricing structure of this app, so that you can get started and learn your way around. I think the videos are a great benefit to getting set-up. And lastly, I reached out to chat support and Lee-ann was a great help. Not only did she answer my question but she also gave me recommendations to make my funnels better. Very happy so far.

I have been really blown away by the Reconvert app. They were the first Shopify app to allow custom Thank You pages for different products. This is a neat feature in addition to their focus on getting an upsell after the 1st purchase with Thank you page changes. Support was also very helpful for getting our initial workflow setup. Thank you
