We've are big fans of this app as it's really helped drive AOV - and have had no customer complaints! Recently had a small issue where users were able to "game us" by using the pop-up offer again several days/weeks later. I spoke with Anton and he quickly diagnosed and remedied the problem. The app does exactly what it says and in terms of features is the most advanced on the store. I have also noticed that the post purchase survey feature is smoother than the one we had previously on the store and it helped us almost double the response rates on the same survey. Last but not least, their support is outstanding.

Must have app especially after 3.0 update. You can create upsell and down-sell rules and the app will increase your chances to reconvert again and again.

STARTED GETTING SALES THE 1ST DAY. I LOVE THE BIRTHDAY CAPTURE ADD ON THEY HAVE AS WELL. CURRENTLY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT IF ITS MORE PROFITABLE TO DO PRODUCTS I CHOOSE TO UPSELL, OR LET IT HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY. GOING TO DO 1 WEEK TRIAL BOTH WAYS TO FIND OUT.

I love the app. Just by turning it on and without customizing anything it is doing very well. I wish it integrated with more email apps to share the birthday info, especially ActiveCampaign, but it's great.

New user but very hopeful that we can realize some additional revenue post-purchase with Reconvert. Excited for the birthday capture as well so we can send bday comms and discounts in the future. Going to get more intricate and particular with filtering in a few months time.

Been using ReConvert for couple months now and so far I've added $4.5k in free revenue to my business. As a merchant of ReConvert, I was also able to jump on a call with Ohad (partnership manager) to discuss strategies to further improve my funnel. Must have app for any Ecommerce business wanting to further increase profitability on their store.
