im new to this app and ill be honest its a little confusing to set up and understand it all, luckily for me i had Alex help me out, he explained things for me and set up the upsells for me. Big shout out to Alex you are the MAN! :)

Helpful customer service. Good app. Pretty easy to setup and get started, then once you get the hang of it you can customize. Hopefully this drives some additional sales.

I appreciate the pricing structure of this app, so that you can get started and learn your way around. I think the videos are a great benefit to getting set-up. I have been really blown away by the Reconvert app. They were the first Shopify app to allow custom Thank You pages for different products. This is a neat feature in addition to their focus on getting an upsell after the 1st purchase with Thank you page changes. Support was also very helpful for getting our initial workflow setup. Great app, easy to use, and I've found that the customer service is first rate at all times of the day and night. The app's dashboard is well-organized and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and set up custom post-purchase offers and thank-you pages. Even for someone like me who can't do flat pack furniture, the setup process was a breeze. Edited a year later to say: Since implementing ReConvert, I've seen a noticeable improvement in conversion rates through the personalized post-purchase upsells. I wouldn't be without it.

Amazing app and service. Very happy with this the app and how easy it is to use. I had some issues and the service from Alex was excellent!

The app took a little work to understand however I asked a question and support responded right away. Then they asked if I'd like them to take a look at my templates and they tweaked my settings for the suggestions they had for me and also some things I forgot to do that would have potentially caused problems.
