Great app and customer support. I have just implemented the app, but so far it is working great with easy to use interface.

The customer service is insane. Literally they respond and personally walk you through set up. My ROI was off the charts once I got my traffic up. I highly recommend.

I've tried a few apps for post-purchase upsells, and they all left me wanting. ReConvert's Upsell & Cross Sell, on the other hand, has so much amazing functionality, I can't imagine it NOT working for everyone out there. Yes, that means it has a learning curve, but thankfully their tech support more than makes up for it. Alex helped me out, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park with quick answers and instructions to get me squared away almost immediately. I don't have any friends that have Shopify stores, but if I ever do find any, I'll recommend this app to them. Thanks, ReConvert team!

I hit the default buttons and it says it's making money for me, only the omnissiah knows if it's true but it's an easy interface for people who aren't professional builders (so basically everyone on shopify) and seems straightforward in regards to pricing

I just installed this app and can already see a return of revenue I have been missing out on. Then, I had a minor question and Alex was able to answer my question PLUS asked if he could look at my settings to offer suggestions. Not only did he offer the suggestions to better optimize my thank you page and funnels, he made the changes for me saving me a lot of time. Thanks again! I love this app!

Still Trailing this app. It does what it claims. So far we have had 2 conversions from approx. 60 - 80 online orders. After Speaking to Vladimir he helped resolve some issues with our billing and was very friendly and responded extremely quickly. Cheers mate
