I'm very happy with the abandoned card emails. I love getting a notification of a recovered order. It's a great app!

I just installed the app for my new gift store. I love the way you can customize the email going out to the customers. It looks so professional. All I had to do is set it up and forget it. Since you can customize it so quickly you can change your wording anytime you want. I had a problem with the Logo and Matt in Customer Service was absolutely outstanding in helping me fix my problem. I give 2 stars because it's simple to set up and would be nice if it worked. I set it up, but not one email was sent out, even though there were products added to the cart and people got to checkout, so there was an email the app could've sent the email to. Disappointed.

So handy, we have recovered 10k in orders in just over 7 weeks. Just load the app, set the email frequency and forget about it. Such a great way to convert.

Great App, just installed it for this new company of ours but used it on the last business that we just sold, we recovered around £3000 worth of sales in 2-3 months.

We started off slow with Abandoned Cart and now we have just expanded what we trust them with. Great service and excellent support, stunning interface that makes campaigns so easy, really pleased with the service and some excellent results. Could do with glitch reporting.

Just purchased it, took the time to slightly customize the emails. Have discovered that customers are not getting the emails and they are going into their junk mail. Also sent emails to several email addresses of my own after using my dummy accounts I have set up on the website (for testing things like this) and they ALL went to junk mail. How can you possibly recover any abandoned carts for your site if the emails go to a person's junk mail. I have tested over a dozen and they ALL went to junk mail folders at the recipient end. Disappointed that I've paid 9.99 for this so far. Was looking forward to possibly seeing some recovery into 2017.

Best app on Shopify. I've been using it since I launched my store on 1/1, and have recovered $63,825.72 in revenue that I would have missed out on. Seriously love this app.

Very easy to setup and pretty straight forward and simple. Just wish it had more functionality when editing the text for the emails.
