Ive been using Redo for the past 6 months - Ive saved alot of money compared to gorgias and other package protection apps. Also their customer service surpasses any other service. Any ticket Ive sent in has been answered and addressed usually right away and occasionally within 15 mins. My most recent ticket was really complicated and Jaxon did the fastest deep dive and correction Ive ever seen. Highly impressed and highly recommend!

Our experience has been absolutely PHENOMENAL. The overall customer service their team has provided during setup and installation has been over the top. the portal is super user friendly. We also onboarded the OMS and it has changed our shipping lives! We are SO MUCH HAPPIER!
