Redo as a tool is excellent, being able to go right from shipment to a ticket, look at their history etc. is very handy. Returns are a breeze, it certainly saves staff time. Team is flexible and works with us to make sure the solution fits our needs, including taking our advice when building out new products. This has been refreshing! Highly recommend checking out Redo!

There are so many things about the REDO platform and the REDO people that I want to brag about but not enough space here. So Here are some highlights: After we switched to REDo returns, we never heard peep from customers regarding returns. It is that easy, complete and feature rich that customer no longer feel the need to reach out to us for manual help. Order Management - wow. Everything we could ask for and more - and they are still building out features. And Customer Support platform - good, but with their Ai agent, concierge and other AI features - unstoppable. It has save us an insane amount of man hours and continues to evolve as we teach the AI more and more. We have had customers comment about how good the AI is many times. The integration all around with Shopify makes like so much easier for us. I can't say enough positive about REDO. We are raving fans for sure.

From streamlining the return process for both customers and vendors, to offering alternative sales options that convert returns into exchanges or new purchases, this application has fundamentally improved the way we manage post-purchase interactions. It not only supports customers in selecting the right product before finalizing a decision, but also helps us maximize retention at every step. It has accelerated our sales performance and secured the most competitive rates for return and shipping expenses. Admittedly, we were hesitant at first—everything sounded “too good to be true.” But it truly delivers. Our return system is far less hectic, our sales retention has increased significantly, and customers are either happier with their exchanges or choose to keep their store credit because they feel they are getting more value.
