We've been using redo for a little over 2 years. Love the user-friendly front and back end for both our team and our customers. Cade was amazing when I needed some assistance with an international return. Problem was solved and we're back to regular business :)
Redo has made returns and exchanges so much easier to manage. When I did have a question outside of the day to day norm, I was able to easily reach the support team and Cade helped me resolve my issue by not just fixing it, but also by showing me how to resolve it in the future. Great support!
I edited my review after Greg from the REDO team went above and beyond to help us solve a huge and costly headache. I can't speak for everyone else in the two years we've worked with REDO, but Greg showed up as a partner this time.

We were struggling with Shipstation functionality (or lack of) and switched to Redo as our shipping platform. Their shipping platform and the automation capabilities reduced our manual workload dramatically and the Redo team even made several functionality improvements to meet our needs! I was/am super impressed with the Redo team's engagement and willingness to modify their software to the needs of our business. We're looking forward to using some of their other features in the near future and happy to have Redo as a solutions partner!
Hands down the best customer service we have ever received from any saas company. We use Redo for returns, order tracking, fulfillment and customer support and having everything in one place is amazing and everything works as expected. Changing all of our systems in the same moth, hiccups and issues were expected…but Redo was there immediately to help get through even the smallest issues. 10 out of 10 will use redo again.

If you're looking for a partner who will actually take the time to understand your business and support you properly...especially if you're newer to the e-commerce space, we can't recommend Redo highly enough.
Excellent support, and a returns system that customers seem to really like and essentially costs us nothing. Hard to beat.
