Redo has been a lifesaver, allowing us to offer returns and exchanges to our customers in a way that is sustainable and affordable on both sides. Their customer support (shoutout Mike!) is great and they are very quick to assist with any issues.

Their team – especially Greg and Braden – is incredibly reactive, open to feedback, and genuinely invested in helping us build the best possible return experience for our customers. As Head of CX, I’m constantly iterating on our return flow to improve both UX and CX, and Redo has matched that energy every step of the way. They apply feedback quickly, come prepared with thoughtful solutions, and always act fast when something needs attention. I want to give a big shoutout to Greg from Redo. Every time I’ve needed assistance, he’s been incredibly timely with his responses and always goes above and beyond to help. No matter how small or complicated the issue is, Greg approaches it with patience, clarity, and a real willingness to find a solution. What really sets him apart is his consistent follow through he checks in, keeps me updated, and makes sure everything is fully resolved. On top of that, he’s genuinely friendly, approachable, and easy to work with, which makes every interaction a great experience. Greg’s support has been outstanding, and it’s clear he truly cares about providing excellent service.

Not only is the app itself very helpful at streamlining our returns and exchange process, the customer service for us the business owner is exceptional! I love that I can always chat with a real person that will approach my situation with a hands on attitude! Today Jacob helped me configure something on the back end of redo in just a few minutes! That in itself is gold for business owners!

I have been learning and using Redo for the past 4 months as a new agent, and it has been a life saver in terms of having a full record of all returns and claims! The simplicity of the portal makes it so easy on both the customer and us. We also appreciate the help we get from the Redo team anytime questions come up or help is needed, they are great at responding in a timely manner and following up to ensure everything is straight, especially Colin, who helped to resolve a tough issue! Definitely recommend this service!

Redo's services have been extremely helpful in helping us run our small company. We started using them as a return platform but they are expanding into inventory management and shipping, so we can't wait to see what comes next. We just started about a month ago and so far, so good. What matters a LOT to me, as the customer support person, is that I have a POC with the apps we choose to work with, so that I can feel supported while I support our customers. Redo has been great with that and I really appreciate it. Additionally, not having to be the point person when a customer doesn't receive their order, or it's damaged, is huge!
