We have absolutely loved using Redo for both Customer Service and Marketing. Our CS flow has improved by using the tool to streamline everything in one place. As a small shop, we have limited resources and this has been a big help. On the marketing side we made the swap from a competitor and have never looked back. The on boarding team did a great job at helping switch everything over and we did not miss a beat with our sends. Audrey was amazing on the sales side and helped explain everything and answered all of our questions. Jason has been a total hero as our account manager, he proactively reaches out with small changes we can make to see big impacts in our sends and always has time to answer my questions no matter how trivial they may be.
