We worked with Emry at Redo during our Black Friday rush, and she was absolutely incredible. She was quick, responsive, and handled our flow modifications flawlessly — even with the urgency and high volume of the season. The entire experience was smooth and stress-free thanks to her attention to detail and fast turnaround. Redo modernized our antiquated returns solution by successfully building a custom integration between their platform, Shopify, and our ERP, streamlining our returns process. The Redo platform offers our customers low-cost return coverage that costs us nothing! Customer support is responsive, knowledgeable, and US-based! Get Redo!

Switching to Redo for our returns has been one of the best decisions we’ve made for our boutique. We came from an app that charged us a monthly fee and required us to cover the cost of return shipping, which added up so fast for a small business. Moving to Redo, with no cost for returns on our end and the ability for customers to cover their own return label, has been a huge value add for us! On top of that, their package protection and returns all flow through one system, and the workflow + automations have made everything so much easier behind the scenes. No more manual returns, no more juggling multiple tools, just a clean, simple process that actually supports small shops! The best app and system for returns! We’ve been using Redo for our returns since the early days of our boutique, and it has made the whole process feel so much lighter. Instead of handling manual returns, unexpected costs, and back-and-forth emails, everything is handled seamlessly through their system. It takes the pressure off small businesses while giving customers a smooth, straightforward experience, truly the best of both worlds! Every boutique owner needs this for their returns! We couldn't recommend this solution enough. Not only is it free and takes the pressure off of boutique owners for covering return costs, it also enhances the customer experience and retention too. Redo has seriously changed the game for our boutique. Their returns and protection tools took the chaos out of that whole process and made it so much easier for everyone. We loved it so much that we added their SMS and OMS tools, and it’s made our workflow feel so much more put-together and has so many great tools and automations that we love. We've had Redo from the early days of starting our boutique and it has has been such a valuable addition to our business! Their returns, package protection, and fulfillment system make everything smoother for ourselves and our customers too! We also started using their SMS tool as we expanded into marketing, and it has been such a relief having everything in one easy, all-in-one platform. The Redo tools are simple to use, free to get started, and makes managing so many moving pieces feel way less overwhelming! The best of it all is their dedicated support team. We have been thankful to work with Austin P., Dominic, Jackson, Austin N., and Alexis, they are truly amazing and have always been so helpful in making us feel supported. THE BEST! We started using Redo for their easy returns, package protection, and warranty claims process. We’ve been using Redo for our boutique, and honestly… it has been such a win. It’s eliminated so much back and forth on returns. Our shoppers love having the option to protect their order, and it has noticeably reduced return headaches for our team. Support is always super responsive & willing to listen to any app updates that would make our lives easier! Shout out to Will for his great support for some last minute Black Friday adds!

Will was great. Helped out with an issue that needed immediate solving (Bot attack purchasing redo coverage only) and came in and put an end to it, quickly and efficiently. I also love that I was able to speak to someone local in local time, i.e., in the USA, and not someone in another country who needs explaining 5 times and who reads a script to respond. That was refreshing in this day and age. And to top it off, he actually called my direct line when he said he would. Another rarity. Top-grade service by Redo!
