We recently started using Redo, and it’s already made a noticeable difference in our returns process. What used to be a more manual workflow is now much more streamlined, making things easier and more efficient for our CX team. The portal is intuitive and easy to navigate, both internally and for our customers, which has helped improve the overall returns experience. What really stands out is the Redo team—they’re incredibly responsive, helpful, and solutions-oriented. Anytime we flag an issue or have a question, they’re quick to jump in and work toward a resolution. Mason and Corbin in particular have been great to work with. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience so far, and we’d definitely recommend working with them.

We’ve had a great experience using Redo so far. The platform goes beyond basic returns and really helps streamline the entire post-purchase experience—from returns and exchanges to customer communication and tracking. One of the biggest wins for us has been how easy it is to encourage exchanges and store credit instead of refunds, which has had a noticeable impact on retaining revenue. The interface is clean, and setup was straightforward, especially with the help of their support team. Speaking of support, that’s probably where Redo stands out the most. Their team is responsive, proactive, and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed adjustments. Overall, Redo is a strong all-in-one solution for brands looking to improve customer experience while optimizing returns and post-purchase operations.

I recently had a great experience with Redo, and I wanted to highlight the excellent support I received from Carson. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. Carson took the time to understand my issue properly and made sure everything was resolved smoothly and efficiently. What really stood out was his clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. They offer a lot more than it says on the tin. We came for the shipping protection and free returns, but stayed for their order management portal and great client support!

We've been using Redo since June 2024, and it's been a game-changer for our returns process. The entire team is incredibly responsive and helpful - anytime we flag an issue or have a question, they jump on it quickly and actually get it resolved. The portal has made returns way more efficient for our CX team and easier for our customers to navigate. Highly recommend working with them!

We use Redo for returns, shipping claim, and labels for the past few months and have so far been loving it! Their team across all areas has been extremely helpful, responsive, and quick to hop on calls or emails to help us trouble shoot. I love how customizable the process is so we are able to tailor it most to what our customers need the most

We have been using REDO since the beginning of the year and are so pleased with this platform. It has made the order/return portal so much more efficient than our previous platform. I cannot say enough about the responsiveness of the support team as they are quick to respond and help get any issues resolved. They are very supportive of our needs.

The team at Redo have not disappointed. With our growth and expansions, we've been able to add Redo to a couple of stores now and implementation has been super smooth! That's also because of Cade for quick responses and for helping with some of the setup!
