Redo has been the platform we've been waiting for to handle all of our returns with ease. Set up was super easy plus Jaxon and the team are very quick to help with any issues and customizations.

Redo has been a game changer for returns and customer service. The system is easy to use, and allows me to provide a great experience for our customers. Cade was super helpful when I needed some extra information, and got me what I needed quickly. All in all it's a fabulous program.

Aside from Shopify, Redo is the most essential tool for our business. We signed up when all they offered was returns and since then, they have been rolling out new features almost daily. Their team is very responsive, friendly, and US-based which helps when you need something addressed ASAP. Free returns are a no-brainer!

Cade - Was very quick to answer my question regarding the exchange process. When I asked for a solution he came back with an answer on how we could better service our customers and minimize the work for warehouse and CS. It's GREAT to have someone that is quick, efficient and helpful!

Super easy to navigate — The interface is intuitive and clean, What really stands out is how helpful the support staff is — friendly, quick to respond, and walked me through any processes needed. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience for both customers and claims processing. I’d absolutely recommend this app to anyone who needs hassle-free returns or exchanges — it’s a definite time-saver.

I have always been very happy with Redo. Their platform is excellent and the service is always outstanding. They are continually innovating and adding new services and functionality. The help and chat features are really great and very useful. You get to an actual person in real time which is amazing. We have found the return process to be very smooth with Redo and really has made it easier for our customers to have a more seamless experience!
