What really stands out is the Redo team—they’re incredibly responsive, helpful, and solutions-oriented. Anytime we flag an issue or have a question, they’re quick to jump in and work toward a resolution. Mason and Corbin in particular have been great to work with. Overall, it’s been a really positive experience so far, and we’d definitely recommend working with them.

They offer a lot more than it says on the tin. We came for the shipping protection and free returns, but stayed for their order management portal and great client support!
