Redo has been a great partner for us. The platform is easy to use, the rules give us the right level of protection against suspicious return activity, and the workflow is smooth for both our team and our customers. We offer a lot of bundle options, which has been challenging with other return services in the past, but Redo is always on point. The best part of Redo, though, is their team. They are incredibly easy to work with and always willing to build or collaborate with us on any ideas we bring to the table.

I've been using Redo since the beginning of my store. I started with the package protection product, the the customer service portal and now use it for fulfillment as well. The rates on the shipping beat out any competitor in the market that I have seen and the software makes it seamless to pick and pack. The best part is any issue I have gets fixed nearly immediately and feature requests are sent and often time completed within a week. It has been a great experience working with Redo I would recommend to anyone who is in Ecom as it saves me thousands every month.

The entire returns and exchange flow is smoother, faster, and far more intuitive for customers, especially when dealing with lost packages or quick exchanges. I’ve been using REDO for a while now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The platform is clean, intuitive, and extremely efficient. The time and effort spent on manual returns and customer service tickets have been reduced. The customer service team is responsive and helpful. It was Jaxon who helped me change some settings (Manual Store Credit when a product is out of stock in Shopify). I appreciate his fast response.

Jacob was fantastic to work with. He quickly helped us remove the package protection widget from our cart drawer, made the exact adjustments we requested, and tested everything to be sure it worked before confirming with us. Communication was prompt the whole way through - thank you, Jacob!

No matter how small or complicated the issue is, Greg approaches it with patience, clarity, and a real willingness to find a solution. What really sets him apart is his consistent follow through he checks in, keeps me updated, and makes sure everything is fully resolved.
