The customer service team at Redo is top-tier. They are quick to reply to any issue that may arise and solutions are just as quick. Jacob has been an asset to the team and has helped correct our flow with specific logic that has allowed our customers more flexibility with their returns.

Redo has been very helpful in streamlining our return and exchange process. We also appreciate the level of customization offered to enable us to best serve our customers’ needs. When we do encounter issues, the Redo team has been able to jump in quickly to provide resolutions. We appreciate having Redo to help make it easier for our customers as well as our customer support team.

We have loved our experience with redo so far! Shipping, managing returns/exchanges and marketing with redo has been great for us and a much more streamlined process. Shoutout to Jason! He has been very helpful with any questions we have or if we need him to adjust anything for us, he does it right away!

Love using Redo! We started out using them for returns and are now using them for email marketing, support, upsells, and they are constantly adding new features for us to take advantage of. Also, the support from Jason, Austin, and the team has been incredible. We have a direct line to them and get questions answered extremely fast. Highly recommend!

Jaxon and Skylar are incredibly helpful! I appreciate them checking in with me and my team while we are transitioning into using Redo. So far the app is very helpful. I especially love the Bulk Shipping option to sort similar orders. Our company ships LARGE Kickstarter campaigns and this feature are been invaluable in that process.

We are using Redo for Returns and Exchanges as well as CX. We are loving both solutions! Returns and Exchanges has been saving us a ton of time, and the CX tool has been as well. Their support team has been awesome and are always super responsive.

Redo has been super helpful to our growth as a company. The returns flow Redo has is customizable and has made it so much easier for us and our customers to process returns. The support has been great, responses are quick, and Austin, Alex and Jackson have been so easy to work with. Can't recommend enough!!

Super happy with the returns and exchanges portal. Best thing to note is the quick customer service. Not like some other apps where you are waiting forever to get a hold of someone to fix an issue.
