I think Shopjar is fantastic. The platform is very intuitive and easy to follow, which makes it simple for anyone on the team to learn and use step by step. I also really appreciate the level of customization it offers for links, coupon codes, and setting what promotions apply and what don’t, that flexibility is extremely valuable for our team. Additionally, Harini Madura was amazing throughout the call. She did a great job explaining every feature of the app clearly and thoroughly, which made the entire experience even better. Overall, it was a really positive and informative call.

Easy to set up and customer support is helpful via email. We've only had it a week but are hopeful more customers will start to use it thanks to installing it on our website home page, checkout and post purchase pages.

I'm always wary of adding Apps to Shopify. I'm not a programmer so they really need to be easy to set up and offer great support. These guys are amazing. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They have really helped me. And not just the set up, but with ongoing questions around emailing, customisation etc etc. Brilliant service.
