We have just started with Referral Candy in Shopify so I am still to see how it works, but so far the service has been super. Thank you Jessa for being so helpful and keeping me updated every step of the way!

Absolute gun support - 10/10. Needed different commissions for stickers and apparel, with a cap at 3 sales per referred customer. Roj from ReferralCandy nailed it with a clean tiered campaign: 12% on the first sale, then 15% on sales 2 & 3. Explained everything clearly and dropped a quick Loom walkthrough so I could follow along. Super responsive, no fluff, genuinely helpful. If you’re running Shopify affiliate/referral programs, this is the one. Campaign launching now and I’m stoked. Highly recommend.

I am a new ReferralCandy user but the support experience so far has been absolutely amazing. They proactively reviewed our new campaign and reached out to offer help. Jovan was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and guiding me on best practices. And I needed a quick question answered through their support chat and I got a response within minutes from Jon. The tools is easy to use, and the team makes it easier. Thank you for all the help.

Good app, we get a ton of referral orders on the platform, and just engaged the Affiliate. Jovan crushed it for customer service.
