A bit fiddly to set up but easy when you've got the hang of it, and Charlie on help was super quick to respond and resolved all of my queries.

Great support, very helpful with any issues we have experienced. The tool is pretty good at identifying potentially fraudulent activity and flagging it for disapproval. It seems to disapprove self-referrals quite well, but there are still a few that sneak through. I just wish there were also a way to place a hold on the referred friend reward if the sale is identified as a potentially fraudulent self-referral.

Well I just started using referral candy today and I have not yet sent the affilate links so I dont have much experience yet. However the customer service has been very prompt and great so that is a pretty important thing for me when choosing what apps to use. I rate Jons help as a 10/10 was very helpful and patient. We resolved everything.

This app is especially worth it for companies that use Klaviyo - super easy integration and works smoothly. The different options for referrals are also more than enough. Furthermore - Jessa was super helpful with all questions - 10/10 support.
