It says if we need help we ask help from their expert, but where the hXll is your expert? They never reply your message and only an automation robot to speak to you.

Currently, I'm using this App as part of my Marketing Campaign. In the Onboarding Call Jelson went above and beyond explaining me how to use every step of the dashboard and things I need to implement. In addition, Jelson shared with me some tips to succeed using Referral Candy. Thank you for your patience!

Lately, we have been facing some issues with referral candy. But the support is amazing. Been in touch with support for a couple of days to solve an issue and it was great. JC, the account manager took care of things, clarified all our questions, and got the issue resolved.

I like that I was assigned a dedicated customer service rep, Jelson, who has very courteously answered my many questions and helped with any issues I've encountered. Customer service is excellent! Just one cautionary note - there is currently no notification of failed (unclaimed) reward payments, but hopefully they will add this feature soon.

We have just started using the Referral Candy app but in addition to a wonderful user experience, we had to reach out to the CX team for some support with our Klayvio integration (*our fault, not theirs), and Erbin from their team was awesome to work with. He took the time to listen to our issue, walk us through the troubleshooting and provided a timely resolution that exceeded our expectations. Can't recommend the app and their service team enough.

still setting it up but just wanted to come on to say Jelson has literally already been so helpful and so quick at responding. Only downloaded it about half an hour ago and responded within about 30 seconds. Insane service.

Setup was quick, but there was some customization we couldn't figure out how to do. We reached out to the Support team one a couple of occasions and had the pleasure of working with both Erbin & Jon. They were able to quickly understand my requests and were able to customize ReferralCandy even more than the admin lets us, tailoring our referral program to be EXACTLY what we needed. We owe a big THANK YOU to both of them!

Best customer service of any app I've used!! Had an issue that I realized was a Klaviyo problem, rather than Referral Candy. Once the issue resolved, the app worked like a charm. Excited to see what sales can be generated!
