The app is very easy to use and does help to increase checkouts on your site. It is a nice way to increase sales as opposed to standard discounts and coupons. The support is also very responsive and accessible. Tippy has been a huge help!

I haven't yet used the app. The set up instructions are basically non-existent although the customer service people did their best to help set up. Not sure if it will work for my business past the free trial period.

I have been working with the RC team now for about the past 7 months and their support team has been nothing but stellar. I have worked with Tippy numerous times and he has answered all the questions I have ever asked in a timely and informative fashion. He even takes the time to take an unscheduled call! Good stuff!
