Great app and great customer service! I had 2 issues on separate occasions that were both quickly resolved by Tippy. He was awesome to work with and I definitely recommend the app.

Although I haven't used the app yet, so far the installation and set-up were straightforward and easy. Derek from customer service quickly responded to my queries and walked me through the platform once it was installed. When I had a question he couldn't answer, he made sure to find out the information for me immediately after our call. I am hopeful that this app will be a great fit for our store.

We have been using Referral Candy for a very short time and I love that anytime I have a question or doubt as to how to use the back end, Tippy is always there to help with the best attitude and suggestions. He honestly makes it super easy to navigate Referral Candy. Highly recommend this App and if Tippy can help, you're good!

Tippy was very helpful! I had a question about how to change some settings and he did a good job walking me through the process. So far the app has been very good.

We recently used ReferralCandy and Derek was very helpful and responded to my question quickly! I would like the app better if we could run two campaigns at once through one account.

This review is for the service not the app. We have yet to really use the program, but the service Jon provided was incredibly helpful. Our business model is a bit nuanced and Jon walked me through how we could make it work. Thank you

I recently used Referral Candy for a campaign we ran. It was so easy to use and integrated seamlessly. Being able to customise the messages as well was great. On top of all that, the customer service was excellent, always on hand to help out with anything.

I'm using ReferralCandy to help us with a Refer a Friend program. We're a new start-up company and have tried other apps, but didn't receive much support. Each time I reach out, the support at ReferralCandy has been great. Karen helped today and was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for all your support! Ann H.

Seems straightforward so far (we've only had it a week) - clear dashboard with easy to read metrics - customer service got back to me within 20 min on a question in chat, thanks for the help Jon!

Derek from Referral Candy went above and beyond to help me resolve a few problems I was having when customizing my referral program. He was so patient and really explained all of my questions in simple detail so that I could understand what was going on. I can't recommend them enough!
