Jon was extremely helpful, he took the time to tell me how to fix a major issue that was causing a ton of frustrating for us and our customers.

Tippy was awesome! What started off as a brief question on one of our affiliates turned into a phone call where Tippy helped us access our current campaign and places to improve conversion. Way to go above and beyond Tippy.

The support is awesome! I got help from Tippy who was quick to respond, polite, and followed up with me to ensure I got what I needed. Tippy was thorough and helped resolve my issue even though it required quite a bit of time and digging. Thanks again Tippy!!

ReferralCandy is very easy to set up and get going. They also have super responsive customer service via Intercom chat or email support.

The app is pretty good, although can be a bit buggy. The customer service is wonderful, I spoke with Lorraine and she figured out the bugs I was dealing with

Just signed up with referral Candy. Tomas and Derek were very helpful on explaining the app and helping me setting it up. I am looking forward to use this app and am excited about it. So far, so good on customer service side.
