I used this about a year ago and while it worked the default client-side UX wasn't great. Anyway - another year, and its a much better product. We've had plenty of referred sales and that's even with turning the email options off.

the app works smooth. assistance is quick, intelligent and courteous. well done guys. i hope it makes me a sales push.

Dealt with Tippy. Very friendsly, knowledgeable, and easy to reach when needed. We'll be using the app but for the time being, it seems to be fairly easy and simple.

The support team is awesome! The app is super customizable. In fact I think that more Shopify apps should do what these guys are doing regarding emails customization

ReferralCandy has def met and exceeded our expectations of what it can do and how easy it is to use. Plus customer service is off the charts. We had a small issue and their rep Edmund was fantastic—handled our issue like a champ in no time!

This app has been great, we have implemented it a few months ago and are loving it so far. The support (from Tomas in particular) has been outstanding - we had some questions related to branding and styling and they were addressed extremely well by Tomas.
