The support is out of the world. The app seems to offer pretty much everything that we are looking for. Of course, like more of these apps, you derive value over a period of time. I am really looking forward to some good results. As a feature addition, the team could think of ways to A/B test different emails or graphics.

$149 a month if you want to use your own HTML templates for the emails that the app sends to customers. The standard 'free' templates are very basic with very few options. Discount code limitations mean that you can either have full automation or adequate fraud prevention, but not both. Very high fees for what is basically an automated email dispatch system.

We took your feedback into account when we updated our app: - All plans now include access to full customization of templates. There is no need to pay more for using your own templates. - We have also upgraded our app to be able to generate unique coupon codes. So you can have the best of both worlds: both full automation and good fraud prevention. We hope this addresses your concerns, thanks for trying us out. - Jaime R.

I'm right now integrating this app with our store http://shop.elua.com . I can't yet report on results but the app is super easy to use and the live chat support has been awesome, above average for sure.

Everything works as expected. It is a little confusing at first, but you will quickly get a handle on everything. I recommend Googling referral program tips before actually activating the app. This will allow you to set up everything less intrusively. In the end, I am very excited about the potential of this app and hope to report back in a few months. For now, I give ReferralCandy five stars since it functions as promised.

We've been using Referral Candy on www.quadlockcase.com for several years now and it works brilliantly. There's never enough time in the day when running a young start-up so when something comes along which can solve a problem with the click of a button you have to go it a go. Referral Candy was exactly that solution for us. Not long after we launched our site we had more and more customers asking for a referral program. We looked at our options and referral candy appeared to be the easiest and simplest to install so we gave it a go. It really has been a set and forget system. Referral Candy takes care of all the emails, and payments with out us lifting a finger so we barely have to even think about. And it works! It's generated hundreds of sales which we may not have got otherwise. Highly recommend.

We have tried a few other referral apps, and in the end decided to stick with ReferralCandy, as it's the only one that let us flexibly customise the design at low cost, and also allows us to pay cash to customers who refer, which seems work the best for us. Also RC's customer service is quick and responsive!

Great app and support from the team. It's been a tremendous help to our referral program and we see some amazing results in generating new customers. A must have for all eComm brands.

In debating how to review this I realized that, I don't have a very comprehensive scope of the other referral apps. It's because I tried a few, REALLY didn't like how they worked, immediately uninstalled and eventually found referral candy. There are new ones out there, but I haven't bothered and I feel like that in itself is something. This app works wonders. It works brilliantly and it's super simple. If anything, it really under credits itself for how many sales it generates in the dashboard from my experience.

We looked at a number of different apps before we chose referral candy. It is a nice setup and it is one of the most comprehensive referral apps we looked at. It also has measures in place to prevent customers from referring themselves which is a nice feature. I would definetely recommend this to my friends.

**updated content here: Got a great email from the support team about our review (below) and it appears that they have 2/3rd's of what I thought was missing in terms of features. Kudos to them for the follow-up and I have upgraded their rating because of the excellent service/support. ***prior review: This is a very limited package and if it doesn't fit your business model, you don't have much flexibility. We decided not to use it because of the very rigid rebate processing model: they process rebates at the end of the month. This means that you can't control when they get paid, or if they get paid. In our case, we offer a moneyback guarantee and that means there is no way for us to cancel the payment or modify it once a purchase has occurred.
