Great App and great customer service. We had an issue with the login from Shopify to ReferralCandy, but Kat got it resolved with utmost effort and within a short time it was working again! 5 stars from us.

Great app! Very helpful and friendly team who will check back in and monitor the success of your your campaigns which is great. Highly recommended! * Just an update after having used RC for some time now, it is working extremely well for us and the support we've had from our account manager Tom has been next level. He always goes out of his way to make sure we're getting the best service and that our campaign is tracking as well as possible.

We had an issue with our billing where are card on file could not complete a transaction. The Referral Candy team was very patient and helpful in resolving the issue.

Automated, largely set-and-forget it programs are great when they work, and this has. The only downside is that we still experience a low amount of fraud that doesn't get flagged. Nonetheless, the overall ROI and experience has been quite positive. Support has been responsive, too.

I have been working with Ferry at Referral Candy for over a month now. He has been excellent to communicate with. I always have prompt responses from the team at Referral Candy. They are really interested in helping you have the best referral program you can have.

While we had some issues with the platform itself, the support team at Referral Candy (specifically Karen and Bryan) were extremely responsive and helpful in resolving them. So, the support team gets 5-stars.

Hi Referral Candy! I sent out a campaign this past week to 800+ customers. This was my second campaign so I am still relatively inexperienced with operating the referral program. I tested the email and all the links after I sent the email out and nothing was working. I felt terrible at that moment because I thought I might have sent out over 800 emails that didn't work. I contacted referral candy support and immediately got help. Karen M. and Benjamin B. spent over 5 days helping me figure out what was wrong! The email works fine now. I have had nothing but top notch customer care from this company (sometimes my contact is Eugene and he is very helpful as well!). So thanks to the referral candy team for providing a great service and awesome customer care!! Matthew C.

I was blown away by the service from Ferry Gabriel! He spent over two hours on the phone with me and we got the app up and running and added over 8000 names from our mailchimp list. We haven't seen any referral orders yet, but we've seen a ton of referrals from Referral Candy so just crossing our fingers that the orders start coming in. Please hold on to Ferry - he is a gem!

Wish we had installed it a year earlier. We've gotten great conversions and shares, by allowing our customers to more easily share it with their friends. App and install is very simple. It really runs itself after you install it. It's had a great ROI for us.

Referral Candy and it's support team has been great through setting up our program. We offer cash-payouts to each referrer and RC helped us get everything set-up without hassle. Jon is great and is very responsive.
