Eugene was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us, and his responsiveness and speed in getting everything resolved were outstanding. It’s refreshing to work with a company that genuinely cares about its clients—he made sure every feature was clearly explained, never placed blame, and focused entirely on finding a real solution. We’re currently evaluating whether to continue with Refersion, and I can confidently say that this experience—and Eugene’s exceptional support—is a major reason we’re staying. Truly impressive service.

The Refersion team has been phenomenal. Their platform makes affiliate setup straightforward, but what truly stood out was the outstanding support I received from John. Keith has been wonderful to work with while our Refersion account has been experiencing some tracking link syncing issues. He has been incredibly responsive, eager to help, and provides instructions in a clear, easy-to-follow way. Refersion is overpriced, outdated, and completely inflexible. The software delivers almost nothing for what they charge, and once you’re in, they make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave. Even long-term customers are treated like ATMs to be milked, not partners to be supported. The platform underperforms, the contracts are predatory, and the company hides behind rigid policies instead of doing what’s fair or reasonable. There are countless better alternatives that don’t lock you into absurd fees for minimal value. If you’re considering Refersion, don’t. Save yourself the headache.

I ran into an issue where my test order wasn’t tracking correctly in Refersion. John quickly identified the problem, explained why it happened, and even ran a test order himself to confirm everything was working properly. He also provided helpful resources and best practices to make sure we get the most out of the platform. Great experience overall, thank you!

The frontend design leaves much to be desired — it's outdated and not user-friendly. Important features such as detailed reports are missing. Additionally, we were overcharged. There are significantly better alternatives available.
