Refersion is overpriced, outdated, and completely inflexible. The software delivers almost nothing for what they charge, and once you’re in, they make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave. Even long-term customers are treated like ATMs to be milked, not partners to be supported. The platform underperforms, the contracts are predatory, and the company hides behind rigid policies instead of doing what’s fair or reasonable. There are countless better alternatives that don’t lock you into absurd fees for minimal value. If you’re considering Refersion, don’t. Save yourself the headache.

I ran into an issue where my test order wasn’t tracking correctly in Refersion. John quickly identified the problem, explained why it happened, and even ran a test order himself to confirm everything was working properly. The frontend design leaves much to be desired — it's outdated and not user-friendly. Important features such as detailed reports are missing. Additionally, we were overcharged. There are significantly better alternatives available.

So you get 50 conversions per month for $119 (about $2.40 per conversion). Oh, you can upgrade to a whole 200 conversions per month. And it doesn't matter what your price point is - sell a $5 product or a $500 product. That's unscalable. A real business has affiliates that are doing 50 conversions per day. Much less per month. You want to give unlimited affiliates but say "up to 50 conversions per month" - ok, so if I have 120 affiliates we're assuming less than one conversion per month? Now what kind of sense does that make?
