The Refersion team has been phenomenal. Their platform makes affiliate setup straightforward, but what truly stood out was the outstanding support I received from John. He went above and beyond, personally curating a list of affiliate matches aligned with our brand and providing proactive, thoughtful guidance through every step. Refersion is overpriced, outdated, and completely inflexible. The software delivers almost nothing for what they charge, and once you’re in, they make it as difficult and expensive as possible to leave. Even long-term customers are treated like ATMs to be milked, not partners to be supported. The platform underperforms, the contracts are predatory, and the company hides behind rigid policies instead of doing what’s fair or reasonable. There are countless better alternatives that don’t lock you into absurd fees for minimal value. If you’re considering Refersion, don’t. Save yourself the headache.

The frontend design leaves much to be desired — it's outdated and not user-friendly. Important features such as detailed reports are missing. Additionally, we were overcharged. There are significantly better alternatives available.
