Onboarding was easy and smooth, Olivier helped me out. He was very communicative and replied to my questions in a timely manner. He also offered an additional meeting for getting familiar with the platform. One thing I would change is I did have 3 different reps email me about setting up the account. It also took a few days to receive the collaborator request and was sent to a different email than given (goes to your store's email not the one you sign in with) so that was a little clunky.

So far so good with Refersion! We're doing a change over from Affiliatly in order to obtain the multi-domain feature. It's been a pleasure coordinating with Lindsay and Nick is just awesome when it comes to any implementation requests!

App does whats its supposed. Nick helped me and he was very quick and thorough in setting things up. I was unfortunately unable to get sales in the 2 week free trial. I think they should offer 1 month free as it takes time to understand, setup, gather affiliates, etc and to see if it will be worth the cost.

Refersion was relatively easy to onboard onto, and the dashboard is easy to navigate. Their customer service is excellent and Andre guided our team the whole way as we got everything set up. He responded extremely quickly and gave us very clear and specific instructions. Thanks Andre!

We needed an affiliate marketing app that could work for our use case as well, which is for our own internal employees being our brand ambassadors. We needed a program that is easy to setup affiliates even though they are not "affiliates" and be able to auto approve them without a confirmation email. This program does that and allows a flexible commission program to be setup. Only things I wish it has was scheduling recurring reports to run at a specified time. Currently they trigger at UTC midnight. I would like it if we could specify when the reports run. Also wish there was a "managers" login to view all the reports for the activity. Giving people full access to the app and all the settings is not ideal for affiliate managers. All in all, highly recommend. Hopeful for these enhancements to be added.

So far so good. Set up was straight forward and thorough, and Andre logged into my Shopify and completed then double checked my setup jus to make sure. That's not common with other Shopify apps I have used.
