Support is great, they are very responsive on the chat and Andre has provided thorough information that has solved my questions each time.

I am new here and always have questions about the system, but Emma really helps me quick with great patience. I'd like to say thank you and look forward to the experience with refersion.

Shakima was amazing. She patiently explained the value of affiliate/referral marketing to me, a non-techie. When I had an implementation question, Andre was quick to propose a simple article with the right fix. Great company!

Refersion makes it simple to run an eCom affiliate program and integrates with key partners in the eCom space. They have great service and are easy to work with. Nick helped me with a custom report and was able to get the dev team to correct it and re-run it in no time. Great team over there!

We have been using Refersion for the past 5 months and have had nothing but problems. The app is very buggy and never seems to be working properly. I have worked for years to build lasting relationships with my affiliate partners and the Refersion software has been randomly giving and then taking away commissions putting my integrity into question. Unforutanly after several commission issues, I can no longer trust this app and will be looking into different options.

So far, so good. Customer service with Oliver is on point and looking forward to getting this app in full throttle with our shop! :) Patrick

When you are trying a new app the support is very important and Reversion have it! Excellent support service is given by Nick, the answer fast and effective. The videos are clear and easy to understand.

What's the point of having an affiliate program if you can't communicate effectively with them? What Refersion doesn't tell you is that your affiliates CANNOT read the messages you send to them from their mobile device. So we sent an announcement to 200 affiliates and then went about our business. Two days later our Customer Support inbox is flooded with messages from our affiliates saying they NEVER got the message. Why? Because 100% of them accessed their dashboard from their phone. When I reached out to support I received this response... "As of currently Refersion hasn't yet been optimized for mobile..." So there you have it. If i'm managing an affiliate program, I would NEVER use Refersion, until it works across all platforms. An app that doesn't work on mobile? Dumb.

Very thanks Nick, he is really a good guys for our affiliate program. I'm trying to this app and hope it takes me more traffic . By the way, Nick is a handsome man. If you are considering how to setup your refersion, pls don't hesitate and contact with Nick directly .Because there will be one more chicken leg on his dinner plate.

Great app! Easy to use. I really like the user interface! Most impressive part has been the customer service! Emma was always on top of it, responded quickly and helped on small and large initiatives. The only thing that they could do better is allow stores to actively recruit on the platform. Hope there are plans for that!

Beautiful App and great Support! I tried several affiliate apps but refers was the best for me. They really have made a great tool and they have great partnerships with publishers. And the support is really great! Since I am just starting with Affiliate I have / had a lot of question, but Emma, Shakima and Courtney really helped me so much all the time! I can highly recommend the tool and the team! Thank you

Very easy to set up! Looking forward to using it. Goes without saying but this app seems like a very good idea!
