Great support. Glad to see them making improvements and new features in Beta. Had trouble with affiliates not being able to log on. Seems like a bug on the login page.

Super cool app! Our shop has used it for about a year now and it has helped us build our fan base exponentially! The developers are very easy to get in contact with and are always willing to help with any questions you may have. Wish I could give Refersion 6 stars! Kid Tested, Teen Hearts approved!

Best affiliate marketing software out there in my opinion. And much more affordable than the competition. We used to use GetAmbassador for years but when we found Refersion we swapped over in a week and haven't looked back.

This is a great app and we love using it for our Brand Ambassador program. Very easy to use and get the hang of. I would highly recommend it. Customer service / support is GREAT and they are always looking to improve the app and add new features.

Ran into some issues initially with the App. For whatever reason, it wouldn't track commissions when switching browsers. I did a complete restart and cache/history clear on all browsers, and then my test orders went through. Initially there was a delay in support, but after making contact, they have been very responsive. The only thing it really needs further is to be able to change the Social Media icons for simplicity on the Affiliate's end (If it's not stupid simple, they won't use it we found out), so hopefully they can customize that or enable that option for the near future and I think this will be the best affiliate App available. So far, for it's features and simplicity of integration, it's the best thing going, and the pricing seems pretty fair for what we need.

After learning how to work the app I love it . Eric was really helpful in helping me set up the app and didn't get get off the phone until it was done .

We use Share a Sale and Refersion. I like Refersion because it gives us more control and is very simple to use and make payments to affiliates.

My company sells handmade custom skin care products like facial serums for a wide variety of skin types. In order to reach a wide market we are using affiliate marketing. I was searching for an alternative to Share-A-Sale which has a steep startup cost ($600). This one lets you start off as low as $19/month. I don't like that an affiliate cannot combine an affiliate link with a personalized discount code, but otherwise I am finding it a great solution. Also, the customer service is responsive.
