I got charged the second i installed this even though there is a 14 day trial. Never used it and uninstalled in first week but i was charged the first day. Most likely hidden language when initially setting it up to steal from customers. Avoid at all cost.

A customer of us pointed out to check Refersion for our affiliate program. We had a quick look at it and installed it straight away. Super easy to set up and use. Within a day two or our affiliates have already made their first commissions. Ask for Erik to assist you with any of your questions. Super quick and promo feedback from him which really adds to the customer support! Thanks guys!

Very easy to set up and very professional system. All my affiliate have their own dashboard to which they have access, recording their sales and commission. I upgraded right away to the 89$ plan because I want to be able to track the discount codes I give to influencers. Up to now I'm very happy! https://theprintableconcept.com

Refersion is one of the most user-friendly suites for affiliate marketing I have ever seen. and I have seen a lot of them. The only point of improvement would be if they made the payments themselves and all I had to do was link my credit card so they could charge it for the commissions. Or if they had a prepaid system I could top up, and they'd use that to pay the affiliates. But the interface is beautiful All the features are amazing And Emma from Customer Support is a true hero. Really chuffed so far about the experience and the service. Kiiroo.com is very happy to use Refersion. Ace product.

I have been using this app for a few years and it works great. For some reason, my store got disconnected recently, and Erik fixed it in a jiffy. I will continue using this app, thanks for the great customer service!

I am only on day 1. Although, the customer service has been wonderful. I have been working with Emma from Refersion and she has been great. Very helpful and quick to respond. I am looking forward to using this system to increase sales to our online store!

The app DOES NOT integrate with Skimlinks as they state in the integration pages (https://www.refersion.com/integrations/skimlinks). I messaged and spoke with support over a week ago. They should either provide the integration as stated, or remove the claim - very misleading. Otherwise, the app was easy to install and works without issue.

My thanks to Erik and the Support Team at Refersion for their knowledgable, efficient and friendly help in setting-up my Shopify Store. Refersion is a vital value add component that will facilitate DBPC membership growth. Great and informative Crowdcasts !

Our company was very excited to get started using refersion. Layth and the rest of his team have been so responsive and helpful as we get everything set up. Makes me feel more comfortable starting a new program when you know the customer service will be there to assist whenever we need it. After being up and running for almost 10 months I can say that support response comes and goes. If you have their attention it works, but otherwise you can wait for a long time with no feedback. We have seen our number of affiliates grow hugely since starting with Refersion, unfortunately we are also running into affiliates calling upset and accusing us of stealing from them because they aren't receiving credit for the sales they are generating. Refersion has not had a good response for any of these issues and the issues/upset affiliates are growing. If things don't turn around we are looking for a new solution.

As a Shopify Expert at Blend Commerce, we both use and recommend refersion frequently. It's very easy to setup, makes managing affiliates an absolute doddle and just takes the stress out of having to manage external payments. Great for all Shopify Store owners.

Just installed the app and so far it so good!. Easy to use and the customer service is great (Thanks Erik). Would recommend!
