Refersion Affiliate Marketing

I just hooked up my refersion account. I had a few issues with the setup so I reached out to their support team and they responded back to me immediately. Both Emma and Sergio were great! Knowledgeable and very helpful. Problems solved.

After using Share-a-Sale for way too long, we switched to Refersion a year ago for affiliate tracking/marketing. While there's no one-size-fits-all solution to affiliate marketing, Refersion is an excellent option for Shopify store owners. We recently switched from one-time to recurring subscriptions and Refersion made the transition seamless. Special shoutouts to Emma and Erik from Refersion--extraordinary dedication to customer service. They really care about making your implementation work! One area for improvement: please make it easier to handle automated payments to affiliates. Currently we do payments manually for each affiliate because PayPal (Refersion's payout option) makes this complicated/cumbersome. It would be great to have an alternative to PayPal.

Their API endpoints have Cloudflare enabled to block "automated requests" - after contacting support, they said we should change our user agent. What kind of unprofessional API is this?

If you have an online business and work with influencers, this is a must. Saved literally hours every week by using this app and incredibly good value! Highly recommended. Customer service is A1.

Early days but we have three affiliates signed up from the Refersion Marketplace in the first week and Erik has been super helpful for us affiliate marketing newbies.

The system flows so fluently and the customer service is amazing! 10/10 recommend!

The team has been super helpful getting back to me with all my questions answers. I can always call and message staff and get a hold of them immediately. They have made the transition to Refersion so easy.

I would like to commend the Refersion team, specifically Layth, for their amazing customer service! I had an issue with my login and they worked hard to resolve it. I received phone calls and emails with regular updates and was not forgotten about. I will gladly recommend Refersion to anyone. It doesn't hurt that the app itself is also very user-friendly. Great app, and terrific customer service from the team behind it. Layth was such a fantastic help to us recently, and worked with us to make some rather large changes to our existing commission structures. He made an otherwise very painful process quick and easy - can't ask for more than that. Thanks so much!

I got charged the second i installed this even though there is a 14 day trial. Never used it and uninstalled in first week but i was charged the first day. Most likely hidden language when initially setting it up to steal from customers. Avoid at all cost.

A customer of us pointed out to check Refersion for our affiliate program. We had a quick look at it and installed it straight away. Super easy to set up and use. Refersion is one of the most user-friendly suites for affiliate marketing I have ever seen. and I have seen a lot of them. The only point of improvement would be if they made the payments themselves and all I had to do was link my credit card so they could charge it for the commissions. Or if they had a prepaid system I could top up, and they'd use that to pay the affiliates. But the interface is beautiful All the features are amazing And Emma from Customer Support is a true hero. Really chuffed so far about the experience and the service. Kiiroo.com is very happy to use Refersion. Ace product.

I have been using this app for a few years and it works great. For some reason, my store got disconnected recently, and Erik fixed it in a jiffy. I will continue using this app, thanks for the great customer service!
