Refersion is excellent, the customer service is especially good. If you are looking for an affiliate program we highly recommend it. The dashboard is easy to use and quick to setup. Be aware that it can be a bit confusing when paying affiliates if you choose to not use the masspay. So take a note of their name just in case before hand. Great app. I've used it for a month and had no problems. Support was quick (within a few hours) and very helpful. Just know that it takes a few hours for the affiliate sales to show up in the refersion data base. Everything has worked well and refersion is helping us pull of successful affiliate campaigns. Thanks guys!

I think this is brilliant! Easy to install, and understand. And the support is really top-notch. For us, the benefits outweighs the cost easily, so in my book, the app is self financing, which is what I guess many businesses want!

So far this app looks to be a great affiliate marketing tool combined with a customer referral tracking system. I've been working closely with Brittany to get our campaigns set up and she's been extremely responsive and super helpful. Great experience so far, hope to generate some serious sales from it!

Very simple to set up, wonderfully executed for an in-house Affiliate Program. If you are looking to have supportive connections promote your site VIA there site or VIA personal affiliate marketing, this would be a wonderful solution. I highly recommend running this in-combination with a network so that you can gain more affiliate traction VIA Internal program + External Program.

Straightforward affiliate / customer referrals program. Was easy to get set up in a matter of minutes. My friends, associates, and loyal customers started sending me conversions same day. No risk to start with the free plan. Then as the referral sales role in and you reach your limit, you get an alert and are only a few clicks away from upgrading to an appropriate paid plan.

Really impressed with this app for affiliate tracking. Been using it for my clients store and it's quick to set up and nice to work with. Expecting some better integration with PayPal and possible Stripe later. I recommend it.

I like that they don't charge money until you start to have some success with the app. I don't like that the website and the interface look obsolete. I also don't like that I send a question via email and never got an answer. And finally, I don't like that they don't have multilingual support or at least a way for me to manually translate the subscription form for potential affiliates, as well as their dashboard for reports.

Refersion is the best in house afilliate program you can use for your store. It's all very straight forward making it easy to recruit more brand ambassadors and set up great offers. Pricing is super fair and scales with your business as you grow. I highly recommend Refersion over any other option.

I'm only a few days in but so far I am extremely impressed with Refersion. The interface is clean, fast and extremely easy to set up. It makes me cringe thinking about the past year I wasted with a larger affiliate tracking service. The Post Purchase option is money, can't wait to get this off and running!

It is still too early to tell but we have had 3 affiliates sign up (all customers who purchased). It was very easy to install and support has been good.
