I am new with the app, but already have an excellent experience with the support! Erik helped me setup the program, explained me how can i work with the bloggers and offered further help with any problem. Amazing service experience. Thank you Erik!

I would like to commend the Refersion team, specifically Layth, for their amazing customer service! I had an issue with my login and they worked hard to resolve it. I received phone calls and emails with regular updates and was not forgotten about. I will gladly recommend Refersion to anyone. It doesn't hurt that the app itself is also very user-friendly. Thank you Layth & the Refersion team!

Great app, and terrific customer service from the team behind it. Layth was such a fantastic help to us recently, and worked with us to make some rather large changes to our existing commission structures. He made an otherwise very painful process quick and easy - can't ask for more than that. Thanks so much!

I love refersion. I've been using it for a few months now and have definitely seen an increase in sales from affiliates promoting my products. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great affiliate program app for shopify

What a great company. Their product has all the features I've been looking for so I can run a traditional affiliate program and also use it as my brand ambassador program to recruit and work with influencers. I've also had to bother them a few times for some help and their customer service is top notch. I always get a response quickly. Great experience working with them!!

I got charged the second i installed this even though there is a 14 day trial. Never used it and uninstalled in first week but i was charged the first day. Most likely hidden language when initially setting it up to steal from customers. Avoid at all cost.

Great app for setting up and tracking affiliate sales. The thing I like most about this app is customer service. I've rarely had to wait 24hrs. for a responses to questions.

I'm a big fan of utilizing simplicity to get maximum results. Refersion fits this model of thinking, especially when compared to the two or three other main competitors you have to choose from. They have stellar phone support as well (thanks Layth and team!), which is more than happy to resolve things quickly. Great app- we've seamlessly onboarded 6 affiliates (and 4 about to process) within our first 2 weeks of launching! Every time we had questions, or needed help making sure all the links and tracking worked, we were helped quickly and efficiently. I would suggest everyone double check that they affiliate links work, but once they do, you will be good to go!
