Amazing level of support! Very complete affiliate tracking system for eCommerce. We have just started with them and just does what we need it to do. 100% recommended! Install it!

I have been using this app for a few years and it works great. For some reason, my store got disconnected recently, and Erik fixed it in a jiffy. I will continue using this app, thanks for the great customer service!

I am only on day 1. Although, the customer service has been wonderful. I have been working with Emma from Refersion and she has been great. Very helpful and quick to respond. I am looking forward to using this system to increase sales to our online store!

Good app to use if you use affiliates or promoters. Only wish that the affiliate form had more customability. Other than that, great app!

Not really helpful for low traffic e-shops. We tried finding affiliates in their marketplace, 2 in 14 days, no sales.

Erik was pretty cool, he just reached out to me right away and then within a few hours he was on top of the job doing a test order. Best service I've seen so far in the Shopify platform. Way to go Erik.

They're customer service is terrible. I've been trying for weeks to get a simple issue resolved and they keep ignoring me. No response at all. I recommend LeadDyno or another service.

The app DOES NOT integrate with Skimlinks as they state in the integration pages (https://www.refersion.com/integrations/skimlinks). I messaged and spoke with support over a week ago. They should either provide the integration as stated, or remove the claim - very misleading. Otherwise, the app was easy to install and works without issue.

I easily integrated to shop. Had some questions how to transfer referral from landing page to shop but Erik from their support helped same day and it works.

My experience was great up until the past month when I was contacted to update my credit card, stating that a charge wasn't going through. Puzzled since funds are available on my card, I responded inquiring about the amount they were wanting to charge - I have a protection that does not allow any charges to go through if I haven't pre-approved them. After two attempts to get my response and two different people responding with simply "update your credit card number" (no response to my actual question), I received an automatic email stating that my account has now been cancelled due to unsuccessful attempts to charge my card. I'm sad with a bad taste in my mouth with how this company went about evading my direct question of the amount they were attempting to charge and simply cancelling my account - it gives the impression they were attempting to charge more than I had agreed on. I'd say the app itself works fine but the people behind it have raised many flags for me and I feel it a duty to share this experience. UPDATE: After receiving a phone call from Shibo, it was explained that the cancellation was an automatic result from a final attempt to charge my card - it wasn't an intentional action. In the end, Emma and Shibo explained that the charges they were attempting to put on my card were the same as my original payments which is all I wanted to confirm in the first place so I could dig deeper on my end. I've cancelled my subscription though I may return as a customer in the future. The app itself works fine for what I was using it for.
