Our company was very excited to get started using refersion. Layth and the rest of his team have been so responsive and helpful as we get everything set up. Makes me feel more comfortable starting a new program when you know the customer service will be there to assist whenever we need it. After being up and running for almost 10 months I can say that support response comes and goes. If you have their attention it works, but otherwise you can wait for a long time with no feedback. We have seen our number of affiliates grow hugely since starting with Refersion, unfortunately we are also running into affiliates calling upset and accusing us of stealing from them because they aren't receiving credit for the sales they are generating. Refersion has not had a good response for any of these issues and the issues/upset affiliates are growing. If things don't turn around we are looking for a new solution.

Awesome app! Does exactly what it is supposed to and is incredibly easy to use. Equally as important, the customer service is excellent. Layth is the man!

Had a great experience, particularly with Erik, in getting this set up. I wanted something that could track orders through our own wordpress site rather than just through shopify, and he was able to help me get it set up after just a few emails. Great support and prompt responses.

As a Shopify Expert at Blend Commerce, we both use and recommend refersion frequently. It's very easy to setup, makes managing affiliates an absolute doddle and just takes the stress out of having to manage external payments. Great for all Shopify Store owners.

Erik was very helpful and responsive to answer questions and help test orders for my store. While I haven't gotten any orders yet to use this to it's full potential, I see people promoting the site already.

Refersion is exactly what a company like us that sells both physical products & a subscription service needs. Reversion's integration with Paywhirl was one of the main reasons we chose to give it a try. Although it didn't work on the first try, Erik from Refersion was outstanding in his support for us and worked patiently with Paywhirl to get it all to work for us. We're blown away! I highly recommend Refersion to anyone looking to launch an affiliate marketing program.

Refersion allows you to create your own affiliate marketing campaign with registration pages, managing of affiliates, conversions, payouts and so much more. It is extremely easy to use and also very powerful and flexible. Shopify integration is smooth. There are a plethora of support documents, and if you're ever stuck, Erik from Refersion is outstanding. Highly recommended. I just wish Marketplace was a bit more active and the Professional Plan was a bit cheaper!

I am just experimenting with this app and I have had a few problems. Erik from customer support was amazing. He managed to fix everything that I somehow completely messed up. I highly recommend trying the Refersion app.
