Refersion Affiliate Marketing

We use this app to manage our affiliate program. It works really well with our needs. PLUS, the chat support is really great. Diana and her team, really help us resolve issues and get things going!

Andrew is truly the best. He always saves the day! He is so clear, kind, and communicative. I marked an email as urgent and he responded legit within the hour. Absolutely unparalleled customer support.

Eugene is always SO helpful. He gets back to me almost immediately and always has in depth answers.

Andrew is SO helpful! He is quick and efficient with resolving any issues I may have. Our team appreciates all of his help and guidance!

Great App! Definitely recommend it, the support team has been so helpful! Satisfied with Refersion Pay so I could make bank transfers to partners.

Diana was a huge help when I needed it! It'd be nice if Refersion would let us switch the conversion status back to Pending ourselves, but no big deal.

I love your customer care - especially (in no particular order) Jenna, Nick, and Andrew. They've been really terrific and gone above and beyond on our tickets. Thanks for making the software and keeping it tight and right!

Jenna from Support was very helpful! Took care of my issue efficiently and dealing with her was a breeze! Wags, Paul

Staff are helpful when you reach out and need help. They respond quickly and Diana fixed our payment issue in a short space of time.

Refersion helps our brand grow + scale our affiliate community with ease. It's extremely user friendly for both us and our affiliates. Refersion also has extremely efficient team members to help troubleshoot and keep our brand on track! Eugene is the best!

Refersion has been a great tool to manage our affiliates! When we wanted to do a special affiliate-only sale, Jenna helped me set it up. She was incredibly helpful and responsive, great customer service!

I was extremely please with how helpful Jenna from Refersion was. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service.

We use a custom headless integration for Shopify and initially ran into issues integrating. Olivier was tremendously helpful in identifying our manual misconfiguration and helping us troubleshoot. Great app, with great knowledgable customer support!

Andrew Y. was so quick to get our integration set up! We were set up within an hour of starting our free trial, great customer support!

Refersion's app continues to help Shrimp and Grits Kids by providing a robust affiliate tracking system. Our previous tracking system was hard to keep free of bugs (keeping up with constant operating system updates etc...) which was stressful and VERY expensive. Refersion' s pricing is very competitive PLUS having a designated team there to keep our affiliate sales tracked accurately and affiliates happy by paying out and tracking commissions is worth every penny!

Sean is spectacular, he answers all our questions quickly and concisely and explains very well when he gives his seminars, we are very happy with him!
