Refersion Affiliate Marketing

I am new to the service, and can't speak to it's function yet, however I just needed to acknowledge how great the customer service has been.

John is very keen to respond, helpful, and always shares help center articles that are great to have in your back pocket.

I recently faced login issues and contacted Refersion for help. John responded promptly and in a friendly and informative matter. He helped to resolve my issue and we're now fully logged in and set up to start making the most of Refersion. Thanks John!

We installed this app over 2 weeks ago and ran into a snag on the install. We reached out to their customer support and never heard back. Why would anyone use this app if they have zero support. Very disappointed.

I forget how helpful the chat function is - anytime I can't easily find something, I pose the question and receive a helpful reference immediately, followed by a live chat with someone who assures I have a solution.

We use this app to manage our affiliate program. It works really well with our needs. PLUS, the chat support is really great. Diana and her team, really help us resolve issues and get things going!
