La aplicación es genial para ofrecer al cliente pagos de servicios contra Entrega y es totalmente modificable. Por otro lado, el servicio al cliente 24/7 es muy bueno y son muy atentos a tus dudas o en casos de que necesites ayuda de ellos. Totalmente recomendados.

Excelente Aplicación, muy fácil de usar y el soporte, responden muy rápido y despejan todas las dudas, preguntas o consultas que uno tenga, recomendable, excelente servicio.

Excelente aplicación por la facilidad de crear formularios y hacer ofertas upsell y descuentos por cantidad. Muy útil para una tienda online. Y el servicio al cliente es excelente!!

Eu gostei muito do aplicativo, além de facilitar muito nas vendas, e oferecer diversas funcionalidades, todas as vezes que precisei do suporte do aplicativo eu fui muito bem atendido, com atenção, eficiência, rapidez e muita cordialidade !

¡Releasit COD Es increíble! Ha mejorado la gestión de nuestros pedidos contra reembolso de manera significativa. La interfaz es fácil de usar y la atención al cliente es excepcional. Recomiendo esta aplicación a cualquier tienda en Shopify. ¡Es indispensable para nuestro negocio!

Excelente aplicación para nuestras tiendas, ayuda muchísimo que se nos facilite las ventas, y que nuestros clientes les quede mucho más fácil poder realizar pedidos, la verdad es muy funcional, a mí me ha servido mucho, muchísimas gracias.

Excelente! es el mejor soporte al cliente que jamás he tenido. Responden de inmediato, el personal tiene el conocimiento mas que suficiente, siempre resuelven los problemas en el tiempo mas óptimo y nunca te cierran una conversación por supuesta inactividad. Muy buena aplicación y muy buen soporte.

Que gran soporte y servicio el que presta esta aplicacion, es excelente!! La experiencia que vivo como usuario es unica, cada duda que tengo el soporte de Realeasit COD me la resuelve de inmediato sin tener que esperar tanto tiempo, LO RECOMIENDO MUCHO!!

The app and its support were very good in the initial days but now they have hired some very bad support staff. There are some bugs in the app's OTP verification system, someone was able to bypass it and was placing 50+ OTP-verified orders each day on our store every time with a unique mobile number.. I reported this to support but the support person did not even acknowledge the issue...I asked to get this checked by a tech person and he did not even try to understand the problem by creating any test order... Overall this was a very bad experience and I have lost trust in the app's functioning.. I have now decided to end my 3 years relationship with them.
