no entiendo por que no se puede sincronizar el pedido al mensaje de WhatsApp, entonces por que tienen el codigo si no sirve para eso

Entiendo perfectamente por qué puede parecer frustrante si el pedido no se sincroniza como esperabas en el mensaje de WhatsApp. Quiero aclararte que nuestra aplicación sí cuenta con integración con WhatsApp, y muchos comercios la utilizan sin problema. Para poder ayudarte de la mejor manera posible, necesitaría un poco más de información sobre lo que estás intentando hacer exactamente y en qué punto la sincronización no funciona como esperabas. ¿Podrías indicarnos: – Qué tipo de mensaje estás intentando enviar – Desde dónde lo estás generando – Si aparece algún error o comportamiento inesperado Con estos detalles podremos revisar tu caso en específico y ayudarte a que la integración funcione correctamente. Give 2 stars because every time that I texted support the answers were so basics, I feel so frustrated every time that I text support. Just talked with a guy Kerim and I need to repeat like 4 times the same question, at the end I decide it to give up. Really looking forward for a replacement, I cannot use it with AB testing apps, never receive support to fully integrated it with intelligems or other apps. My pixel also is not tracking my conversions well because of the way Releasit create the orders. At the beginning was helpful but now is been so bad

You should never feel frustrated or unheard when reaching out for help, and I’m truly sorry that our replies felt basic and that you had to repeat yourself multiple times. That is not the level of support we aim to deliver, and I completely understand why this left you disappointed. I’m also very sorry to hear about your interaction with Kerim. He always tries his best to assist, but in this case, it’s clear that we did not provide the clarity or depth you needed. I take full responsibility for that, and I truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Regarding AB testing and compatibility with tools like Intelligems: AB testing is now fully available as a feature within our app, and we would be more than happy to help you enable it and ensure it works correctly for your store. I’m sorry that this wasn’t communicated clearly before, and that you didn’t receive the support needed to take advantage of it. As for the tracking issues with your pixel, these situations can be complex due to how Shopify processes COD orders and triggers events, but it is still our responsibility to help you navigate this and find the best setup or workarounds. Para poder revisar el problema, ¿podrías confirmarme lo siguiente? – ¿En qué página o sección exacta se queda cargando? – ¿Ocurre dentro del panel de Shopify o en tu dominio externo? – ¿Has probado abrir la página en otro navegador (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)? – ¿Cuál es tu dominio o URL donde sucede el problema? All orders created through our app are always stored inside the Shopify Orders section, just like any other order in your store. Because of this, I would like to better understand what you mean when you say the order history is not showing.
