They: • Restored my 1-year paid plan • Offered compensation for the inconvenience • Took responsibility for the issue The problem on December 23rd, 2025 caused real disruption to my business, but I appreciate that the team: • Responded clearly afterward • Fixed the issue • Made an effort to compensate the losses While the incident itself was frustrating, I believe the way a company reacts matters a lot — and in this case, they improved the situation. I hope they continue improving: • Communication before technical issues • Preventing paid plans from being affected Thank you to the support team for resolving the problem

We had an issue with the application and contacted support via chat. A representative named Dzenan responded. We explained the problem we were experiencing, and he was extremely helpful, paying close attention to every detail and, most importantly, resolving the issue. It’s very important to have someone like that on the team—someone who truly cares about the client and takes the time not only to fix the problem but also to offer advice and guidance. All praise for Dzenan, and we will definitely ask for him again if we encounter any issues in the future.

we tried a lot of cod based forms apps... the app is perfect, fast with very flexible options from upsells, crossalles increasing the AOV... and the communication is very fast the whole day specially with Kemal, he is super friendly, fast , and very professionnal

I come from an engineering background so I'm aware that quality of an app is determined when there are issues and not what when everything is working seamlessly. After an outage, they sent a notification intimating my team and resolved it in a reasonable timeframe. The support contact I spoke to, Kemal, was very professional and helpful in the overall interaction. Highly recommended, just for how pleasant the support experience was when the app didn't work as expected.

Tengo un problema de la aplicación. Sin que yo lo supiera, se produjo un error en la transacción, lo que resultó en un cargo de 9 €. He cambiado de tarjeta bancaria, pero el problema persiste.
