We started using Releasit COD Form just recently and the experience so far is really good. First, I found it really easy to set it up, with no previous experience and knowledge of this app, I was able to easily set up the form (the popup) and not just set it up, but also customize it to my needs -- BTW, it has really nice functionality in terms of customization, which I love! Secondly, we ran a selling campaign while we were on the Free Plan which only allowed us 60 orders. Later we discovered that there were much more orders, which didn't go through because of the 60 orders limit. BUT, and here goes a big thumbs up to Releasit team, once we contacted the support, they successfully restored the remaining orders. So you can imagine how thrilled we were when we realized that we in fact had 3 times more orders, but they just didn't go through because of our mistake... Now that we are using the higher Plan, everything works fine. The fact that the orders were recorded and stored by Releasit is such a nice feature! Really nice!

Really good looking form and the best support 24/7. They respond extremely fast on Whatsapp and they are very polite. The conversion is very good, in my country almost everybody use it. Endless ways to customize it for any tastes and domains. They also have a really good plan to try it with up to 60 orders/month for free, there s no reason to not try it!

Excelente formulario, de por si el mejor formulario, tiene las cualidades para lograr ventas exitosas y escalabales, rapido, facil de configurar y comodo para el cliente. La atención al cliente, no he visto una empresa con tan eficaz atención al cliente como Releasit, te responden en 20 segundos y te solucionan, increible

Su interfaz intuitiva y amigable hace que el proceso de captura de pagos sea realmente sencillo y rápido. En cuestión de segundos, pude ingresar los detalles del pago y completar el pedido. En resumen, esta aplicación ha simplificado por completo la forma de captura de pagos, y definitivamente se ha convertido en una herramienta esencial en mi tienda. ¡Altamente recomendada!
