I rarely write reviews, but Releasit truly deserves it. If you’re running COD (Cash on Delivery) in any of your stores, this app is a complete game-changer. It has streamlined our entire post-purchase flow and helped reduce fake orders and returns drastically. The interface is intuitive and easy to set up. Within 15 minutes, we had our order confirmation flow live. The automation is reliable, the WhatsApp + call follow-ups are smart, and best of all — it actually improves conversions by filtering out junk orders. The team behind Releasit is insanely responsive. We had a couple of specific requests, and they added the features within MINUTS. Super impressed with the support. If you’re doing serious volume with COD and not using Releasit, you’re definitely leaving money (and time) on the table. Highly recommended.

la atención al cliente es super rápida y efectiva, si quieres personalizar tu formulario y no hay opción, te comunicas con ellos y lo hacen posible. Excelente todo, son literalmete el servicio al cliente más rapido que vas a poder encontrar en cualquier lado, no solo que son rapidos, son super efectivos, y te responden 24/7, yo los amo
