I have issues with releasit, mainly conversion tracking, and they contact me and help to fix finally this issue. I appreciate that reach out and take care of the issue. The app works well, and help to improve AOV with their upsells and cross sells, very easy to implement, and user friendly

He always tries his best to assist, but in this case, it’s clear that we did not provide the clarity or depth you needed. Regarding AB testing and compatibility with tools like Intelligems: AB testing is now fully available as a feature within our app, and we would be more than happy to help you enable it and ensure it works correctly for your store. I’m sorry that this wasn’t communicated clearly before, and that you didn’t receive the support needed to take advantage of it. As for the tracking issues with your pixel, these situations can be complex due to how Shopify processes COD orders and triggers events, but it is still our responsibility to help you navigate this and find the best setup or workarounds.
