This app has been really good for COD orders, and I’ve been using it for the past 6 months. However, it has pixel issues, specifically with TikTok Pixel, such as sending duplicate events, not sending purchase events, etc. Currently, I am using EasySell COD Form only because of its better pixel optimisation for Facebook and TikTok. I will be happy to update my review and switch back to this form if these pixel issues are resolved in a future update. Thanks.

Regarding the TikTok Pixel issues you mentioned, such as duplicate events or missing purchase events, we completely understand how critical proper tracking and optimization are, especially when running paid ads. In most cases, duplicate or missing events are related to how the pixel is installed (for example, via Shopify’s TikTok channel, theme code, or multiple tracking sources firing simultaneously), but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t help you ensure everything works perfectly. We are continuously improving our tracking logic and event handling to ensure better compatibility and cleaner event firing for both Facebook and TikTok. I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review your store setup in detail and identify exactly what caused the duplicate or missing events.
