Releasit COD Form & Upsells

Hi there, I am Mehmed, Tech Support App Lead for Releasit. First of all, thank you for using our app for the past 6 months and for acknowledging the value it has provided for your COD orders. We truly appreciate that. Regarding the TikTok Pixel issues you mentioned, such as duplicate events or missing purchase events, we completely understand how critical proper tracking and optimization are, especially when running paid ads. In most cases, duplicate or missing events are related to how the pixel is installed (for example, via Shopify’s TikTok channel, theme code, or multiple tracking sources firing simultaneously), but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t help you ensure everything works perfectly. We are continuously improving our tracking logic and event handling to ensure better compatibility and cleaner event firing for both Facebook and TikTok. I would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review your store setup in detail and identify exactly what caused the duplicate or missing events. If you’re open to it, please reach out to us via in app chat or at [email protected] and mention this review. We can audit your pixel setup and help you achieve proper optimization. We’d be happy to earn your trust back and hopefully welcome you again in the future. Mehmed, Tech Support App Lead
