La herramienta es excelente, pero lo verdaderamente impresionante es el servicio al cliente y soporte que es inmediato cuando tenemos alguna duda o requerimiento especial, para mi merecen más que 5 estrellas pero esta es la calificación maxima

Es un excelente aplicación, el servicio al cliente y el soporte es casi que inmediato toca esperar menos de 2 minutos para la atención. Tengo 2 años usándola y no tengo quejas

Buenisima aplicacion, mi tienda no seria nada sin Releasit. Ademas de que entregan un servicio al cliente y soporte de primera.

I have been using ReleaseIt app on my shopify store for a few months and it has really helped me in converting a lot of COD customers. Benefits 1. Separate customer journey for COD orders. 2. You can incentivise the prepaid orders by giving discounts for only prepaid orders. ReleaseIt lets you do that. 3. Very Good and prompt support team. I ran into some issue but they rectified it for me even on a Sunday Recommend it to anyone who wants to implement separate COD order journey.
