Great customer service - had an issue after install and the team took care of it over the weekend. Really intuitive product.

We love RepAI. We tried a few other AI bots before we settled on RepAI and we settled on Rep for a few different reasons (pricing, ease of use, and mainly the helpful fullness of the team). We had talks with a few other of the "popular" guys (one starts with a Z *wink wink*), and they wanted us to commit to a year long contract without a free trial (what?!). The team at Rep has been super helpful from Adam on the sales team, Yoav the CEO jumping in and helping when we had some trouble setting up an A/B test, to Dafi who is our Client Success Manager that I meet with frequently who is constantly helping us with new ways to optimize our account. Like Rep claims, it pays for itself and should be a no brainer if you are looking for an AI chatbot to add to your stack!

I have tried most of the chat system for Shopify and this one is the winner. Not only is the price right, but this one works right and has the best support team behind it. After some time learning about our products, "Glowy" has been giving great advice, answering questions and giving out super product recommendations to our customers 24 hours a day!

REP AI is amazing, we now have a much better method of connecting with our store visitors, REP allows us to start conversations with our customers instantly, for example now our visitors often ask us if we have specific TShirt designs in store, without the need for them to spend too much time browsing and REP answers them instantly and then shows them what we have if the user asks it too, brilliant... Rep has been a wonderful addition to our toolkit. Our conversion rate and revenue have both increased. We agree with another reviewer: the monthly cost is well worth the benefit. Their support team is great, very helpful, and available to assist when needed. If you're looking for an easy plug-and-play tool, this is it. Rep AI has been great! Its aided in boosting sales, and it has allowed for our customer service team to focus on more involved tasks through its ability to answer common, less-involved questions right on our website. The setup process was fairly easy, and the customer support staff was very dedicated to making sure our implementation process went smoothly. Definitely worth it!

We've been using RepAI for the last month as our first AI Live Chat functionality on the site. The set-up and onboarding was fantastic - we're a larger retailer so the RepAI team really did the vast majority for us, setting up bespoke responses and ensuring it really delivered on what we needed it to do, as well as matching our brand voice. We've now finished our free trial and moved into a retainer basis with a dedicated account handler. There's still some refinement to go, and ongoing improvements and ways to make it even more efficient for us, and useful for customers. But I'm excited to see what it can do. Others have mentioned the price of the app. I have to say, if you work out how much money it's generating for you in sales, and saving you customers contacting your customer services team, it's actually very cost effective piece of kit.
