I am just getting started using the app, but seems to work very well. Provides extremely detailed view and source of visitors coming to the site and interacting. Could prove to be very valuable insight.

Replay is a free one-trick pony that provides a few helpful insights. I used a similar app with infinitely more features prior to GDPR. So Replay feels anemic by comparison. Playback is marginally helpful. There is no way to view activity on specific pages or in certain regions with this version. Having thousands of weekly visits, analysis boils down to randomly replying some of the long sessions. Even with idol time suppressed, many of the anonymous recordings show no cursor activity. Sessions reveal that most visitors are looking for a non-existant high-resolution image to download instead of purchasing posters.

Wow. Amazing! It's really useful (and interesting) to be able to see exactly what customers have been clicking on; what path they took through the store...and what it all looks like *to them*. In fact, it helped me identify a (crucial) problem with an app I would otherwise have been unaware of. It's "Magical"! Thx

Does what we need it to do! I have to figure out how to filter for different pages, but for now, I like having the data.
