It is a very helpful app and their customer service is very responsive and generous they refunded my subscription because I forget to change the app to a free plan.

Great app, definitely insightful and useful for providing actionable changes. Up until we installed this app we had to use guess work to wonder what was going on with our customers specific behaviour while on our website and now we can see for ourselves and see where we might be able to improve things for our customers experience. Thanks, will provide a bit of work for our developers to implement these improvements for our customers.

I just started using this and so far, so good. I do notice some of the videos recording are much shorter in duration on what it says in the duration & date column of the report.

This is the perfect tool to analyze customer behaviour on the webshop. I can see actual customers coming in on certain paiges and clicking through the website. Easy to use interface. I like that the have a free subscription for small starting webshops as well. Recommended

so far so good, I was referred by the Brand Hustler on Youtube. I didn't even know this type of thing even existed but I am glad I have found it because I was always wondering what do my customers see and why wasn't I getting many sales.

Replay Live is great at showing me exact customer shopping journeys and are always rapidly updating with brand new sessions. I try to watch and learn from every single session they provide me!

Great App for Live Session recording, seeing customer activity helps get an understanding of how your site is viewed by customers, which in turn helps you to tweak your site to be more customer-friendly. It will be awesome when the planned heatmaps are ready. Support was quick and professional.

We limit the recordings for stores with high traffic to help distribute the sessions across the month. However, this is something we can modify on a case-by-case basis. This app is beautiful to use, reall seemless flow from everything to the layout, the design, the support offered. Gives you analytics to really help you understand what customers are hesitating at, what point they give up. More insight than you thought you needed but its helped me smooth out some huge flaws in my site. Thanks!
