I used this app to see what visitors were searching for on my site. I'm actually impressed at how well it does. I just wish it would filter out my own visits to my site as I have to weed through my own visits to find the organic ones.

Great app so far - seems to be doing a good job, recordings are coming through fine and you can see skip straight to whatever page you like which is a nice feature. Oh and it's free - what more can you ask!

great app! and for free! wow - there is lucky orange and other apps similar or perhaps better, but they are not free. For beginners, this is a great app to analyze your customer behavior and find out what you are doing wrong. Must have! Cant believe this app is free. Love it! tHanks team.

Looks good but I've not been using it for long. I'll come back and update where necessary - so far I like it. UPDATE. The app is good but we're aware that it doesn't capture ALL activity on the website! (noticeable missing activity when a customer has placed an order and no corresponding video to connect, so sometimes it's there and other times not). To ensure all activity is collected and reliable, we use Storeview as a backup. I'll leave the rating at 4.

Love the app. Great way to know where to improve your site. One addition I would suggest is it would be fun to know the outcome of the session (conversion, cart, homepage, collection page, etc.) To know which sessions are worth looking at.
