So far so good, easy to install and easy to use. Gives me great insight into how people are interacting with my website.

Works as advertised. It is super easy to use and there is absolutely no learning curve. Better than many of the paid ones out there..

Great app so far - seems to be doing a good job, recordings are coming through fine and you can see skip straight to whatever page you like which is a nice feature. Oh and it's free - what more can you ask!

A super useful simple app that lets me see whos been to my website and from what countries, so interesting and insightful!!

this app is super sweet, but it seems that it hasnt appeared in the app dashboard for my homepage. I need to sort that out before I give an honest review.

We've had it downloaded for less than 10 minutes and it's already proven useful by bringing multiple issues on our site to light.

Looks good but I've not been using it for long. I'll come back and update where necessary - so far I like it. UPDATE. The app is good but we're aware that it doesn't capture ALL activity on the website! (noticeable missing activity when a customer has placed an order and no corresponding video to connect, so sometimes it's there and other times not). To ensure all activity is collected and reliable, we use Storeview as a backup. I'll leave the rating at 4.

This is really cool and if it continues to function as it is, then I highly recommend it! It's such a bonus to have this as a free app, so full kudos to the app developer here!

Love the app. Great way to know where to improve your site. One addition I would suggest is it would be fun to know the outcome of the session (conversion, cart, homepage, collection page, etc.) To know which sessions are worth looking at.

easy to install, easy to use. a very good tool for new stores. but you have to make it a minimum of 100 characters for the review LOL

It quit working all together for no reason. Before I liked the app, it didn't follow only 1 out of 30 visitors, which I found weird. But, I did find one of my issues with following that 1 person.

I've only used it once but so far it is so cool! It's great to see what people pause at to make better ad campaigns.

Most excited I've been about an app since I've had shopify. highly recommended and of course they were generous enough to offer it at no charge. Most useful app, period.
