Provides more robust reporting than is native in Shopify. Reports can be a bit slow to load, but support is really good and there are options to schedule reports to be delivered to your inbox, sent to other team members, or synced to Drive.

Customer service is outstanding, I am just starting with using the software, and they have online help quicky available at all time, and are very efficient at making your requirements available and working the way you need it. I find the software much useful to pull and report on all types of data, with criteria meeting your specific needs.

Reports can be customized and created with almost any data point that exists in Shopify. But the best part of this app is the support team who is quick to assist with creating reports or fixing any issues!

This company is complete frauds, I installed their software which did work. I uninstalled the software, got a email message from their support. "Hi There, This is Joshua, from the Report Pundit team. I noticed you uninstalled the Report Pundit App from your Shopify store. Can you please share your reporting requirements and I will make sure the reports are created at no cost. Can you please re-install the App? I will make sure the trial is extended until the requirement is met. Also, We can offer 40% discount on each store on Monthly basis. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks, Joshua Customer success team" I didn't reply They then sent another email: Hello There, This is Guru from the Report Pundit team. I noticed that you tried to log in to the Report Pundit app. I believe your 14-day trial has expired. So I have extended your trial for 7 more days. Our team has worked with more than 6,000 Shopify merchants to create business-specific reports. Let me know if you need any custom reports. Thanks, Guru After which they reinstalled the app, and charged me for it. Then after contacting their support and explaining the problem, the support rep handed me of to their AI bot GURU again who gave me the same message about "trying to login" Be warned.

App works great and provides additional reporting capability that is either hard to achieve via native Shopify or is impossible without coding expertise. Customer service is very responsive and has helped me create several custom reports - highly recommend.

Great software and great support. We needed a report that required some customization and the support team had our issue resolved quickly.

Highly customizable and really helpful support who can make amazing reports just like that! You need any kind of reports, this is the app to grab. Worth every penny.
