Game changer for small business owners who already spend too much time on admin, especially if not using a SAAS accounting package. Superb value, superb customer support via their chat app (no robots) and email. Very patient people who sorted out some fiddly issues for me. Most times with apps or services getting help is challenging, not with ReportPundit. Really appreciate the ability to pull reports for sales through the paypal gateway, and the number of differing options for reports. Highly, highly recommend.

Excellent customer service! Takes a second to learn all the bells and whistles but you can get an amazing amount of information about your shop in a very short period of time. Totally worth the monthly subscription!

The support chat is always very helpful. If they can't solve the problem immediately, they follow up later with updates. I have really enjoyed using this app.

So far so good! Great support! Everytime I have a question someone is helping me - they are very fast. The reports are also easy to use.
