Report Pundit is great, you are able to automate and schedule reports to be sent out when you want. This has been really helpful as it means our retailers can all recieve live stock reports and daily fulfillment reports as required. Dominic in particular was very helpful in setting up some of our custom reports to suit our needs. Thanks again guys.

Provides more robust reporting than is native in Shopify. Reports can be a bit slow to load, but support is really good and there are options to schedule reports to be delivered to your inbox, sent to other team members, or synced to Drive.

Customer service is outstanding, I am just starting with using the software, and they have online help quicky available at all time, and are very efficient at making your requirements available and working the way you need it. I find the software much useful to pull and report on all types of data, with criteria meeting your specific needs.

Reports can be customized and created with almost any data point that exists in Shopify. But the best part of this app is the support team who is quick to assist with creating reports or fixing any issues!

Great software.
Hi, John here, founder of Report Pundit. I completely understand your frustration regarding the $35 charge, and I’ve reached out via email to get this sorted for you immediately. Shopify securely controls all app installations and billing natively. Apps like Report Pundit cannot install themselves on a store or initiate a charge without explicit merchant approval through Shopify's secure billing screen. I have already approved your full $35 refund. Because of how Shopify's billing cycle works, once your invoice is generated, the 'Refund' button will be unlocked for us to process the refund. Thank you!

App works great and provides additional reporting capability that is either hard to achieve via native Shopify or is impossible without coding expertise. Customer service is very responsive and has helped me create several custom reports - highly recommend.
